Fairmont Speedway, LLC
Finest Kart Racing in North Central West Virginia

Fairmont Speedway will open for the 2015 season.
We have a party interested in possibly taking over the track for the 2015 season. If that should fall thru this is our plan: We will race every  other week on Friday nights at 7:30. This will be a bare bones season. There will be no points or payouts. We will operate basically as a club not a for profit business. This season will be run for fun only. The only fees will be $5.00 per head for pit access. This will cover the insurance and help pay for the lights. Spectator admission is free but absolutely no one will be allowed in the pits without a pit pass at any time. I will need volunteers to help flag. No one person will have to do it for every race each evening. We can rotate if you are a racer. The concession stand will not be open this season. Call John at 304-612-8091 with any questions or if you would like to volunteer your services.

We would like to thank the following sponsors for the 2014 season and  a special thanks to all who supported us by coming to the track.

For 2015, Friday night races, Hot Laps start at 7:30, gates open at 6:00.

Pit fees are $5.00, spectators are free.

Reserve pit spots will once again be $50 for the year. I will hold spots from last year until the first race. If you can't make it and want to reserve your spot, call me and I will hold it for you.

For the 2015 season, 425lb Super Heavy class will be Box Stock (Clone) engines only. Any clutch may be used in this class. After market pipe (big pipe) is allowed. Flywheel changes are optional for the entire year.

350lb Box Stock (Clone) and 425lb Super Heavy (Clone) will be tech classes, no claim rule applies.
AKRA rules apply to both classes with local exceptions.

Please note Kid Kart weight is now 250lbs.
